Educational Videos

Below are some of the educational videos I have produced. The examples are from a collaboration with Carey Grammar to bring to their community some tailored online learning resources during the covid-19 outbreak.

This included a series of meditations that taught students and teachers some basic meditation techniques, and a contemplation video taking them through a journey of reflection relating to the pandemic.
